Equipment Sign-Out Policy (Pilot)
The Center for Teaching, Learning & Scholarship offers several devices and pieces of equipment for loan. These items are available for classroom use to support teaching & learning. To borrow an item (or items), please follow the following steps:

Provide a minimum of 1 week (5 business days) of notice.

If you need assistance operating the technology that you are borrowing, make sure to visit the CTLS during office hours or by appointment to assure that you are trained to use the technology. Make sure to do this in advance of your equipment pick-up.

Look for an email confirmation from the CTLS that your equipment has been scheduled

Pick up the equipment at the Center for Teaching, Learning & Scholarship (Library Building, L-123) at the scheduled date and time, and sign-out your equipment. Please bring your faculty ID for verification. Equipment is only released to Faculty.

Return the equipment to the Center for Teaching, Learning & Scholarship (Library Building, L-123) at the scheduled time. Please personally return the equipment.
